Unjustified Return of Products
The consumer has the right to return the products they bought (according to Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection) unjustifiably, within a period of fourteen [14] calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. If the order has been mailed in more than one parcel, the deadline of 14 days starts from the receipt of the last parcel.
There is no withdrawal, and therefore, it is not allowed to return in cases of products that are manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer or are clearly individualized, following a relevant written agreement - order.
Also, if unsealed after delivery, products deemed unfit for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, earrings) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
It is pointed out that in case the products have been damaged because the consumer has used them in an inappropriate way and not in accordance with their nature, characteristics and function, they are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products, and the seller can refund amount less than the purchase amount.
Instructions for return
1) The consumer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must contact our online store (e-shop) and notify their decision by filling out the relevant contact/return form https://www.anmatheboutique.com/products-returns before the deadline of 14 days from receipt of products.
They must fill in the form with their a) name, b) home address, city, country and postal code, c) contact phone and e-mail, d) code of order, e) code of product (or products) to return, f) in case of payment by cash on delivery, IBAN bank account for the refund, as well as select the field of "unjustified withdrawal".
2) After the notification of the withdrawal statement through the contact/return form, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to the consumer's e-mail.
3) The consumer is obliged to return the products without undue delay and in any case within fourteen [14] calendar days from the day they notified their decision to withdraw from the contract.
4) The products are returned with their labels in excellent condition, in a secure package, so that they are protected, and damage will not be caused during transport. The seller is not responsible for any loss or damage during the transport of the product.
5) Along with the product, the purchase receipt/invoice, the form of order, as well as the payment receipt must be included in the package.
6) In case the product is accompanied by a gift, it should be returned as well, also in excellent condition, along with any of its own accompanying documents.
7) The return is proceeded with the consumer's responsibility, hiring any courier company (courier) they wish. The return cost is on them.
8) The return is made to the address Koumoundourou 5, 41222, Larissa .
In case the instructions above are not followed and the product does not meet the above conditions, the return of the product will not be accepted, and the product will be sent back to the consumer-sender at their own charge. The seller is not responsible for any loss or damage during the transport of the product.
Once the product is received, and the necessary inspection of its condition is made, the withdrawal statement is on time, all the above conditions are met, and the above procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal has been followed, the return of the product will be approved, and the consumer will receive a relevant, informative e-mail.
In case the return is not made within the time frame provided or the return conditions are not met, the seller has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with the refund.
Justified Return of Products
The consumer may exercise the right to a justified withdrawal within fourteen [14] calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. Justified withdrawal refers to the one that occurs in defective products (for defects, of which the consumer has not been informed), in products that lack an agreed quality, in products in the wrong size / color / model due to the seller's fault and in products in which it has been shown that the size selected on order was incorrect. If the order has been mailed in more than one parcel, the deadline of 14 days starts from the receipt of the last parcel.
The consumer has the right to request a repair/replacement or refund of the price paid, in the case of a defective product or a product that lacks an agreed quality, and, in the case of an incorrect product due to the seller's fault or an improperly sized product, may request the delivery of the product originally ordered or different size or refund of the price paid, if they do not wish to finally receive the correct product.
Products that are considered unfit for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, earrings) are excluded from the right of withdrawal if they were unsealed after delivery. In exchange for a replacement or refund, the consumer can place a new order equal to the value of these products, free of charge. If, in the new order, the total amount exceeds the value of the products, then they will only pay the difference.
The consumer is not entitled to return a product in case the seller informed them about obvious or invisible defects or if they used it in a way inappropriate to its nature, characteristics, functions.
Instructions for return
1) The consumer, who wishes to exercise one of the rights mentioned above, must contact our online store (e-shop) and announce their decision by filling the relevant contact/return form https://www.anmatheboutique.com/products-returns before the expiration of the deadline of 14 days from the receipt of the products.
They must fill in the form with a) name, b) home address, city, country and postal code, c) telephone and e-mail contact, d) the code of order, e) the code of product (or products) f) in case of payment by cash on delivery, IBAN bank account if a refund is wished, as well as select the field of "reasoned withdrawal", where the relevant reason must be indicated and if they wish a product replacement or a refund.
1a) If the replacement is omitted and not noted as an option, then it will be understood that the consumer wants a refund.
1b) It is clarified that the "replacement" in the contact/return form covers the cases of defective products, products lacking an agreed quality and products sent incorrectly due to the seller's fault.
1c) If the consumer wants a different size from the one he ordered (cases of wrong choice during the order), then the money will be refunded, and he must go on a new order, as the old one will be deleted.

7a) In cases of sending wrong products due to the seller's fault, the cost of the return is on the latter, and the return will proceed with the courier company ACS courier. However, if a different company is chosen, the cost is on the consumer, even in this case.
7b) The costs for the return of the correct / replaced / repaired product to the consumer are on the seller.

9) Products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, earrings), are not sent back. The consumer fills in the contact/return form, and they receive in their e-mail a coupon equal to the value of these products to use in a future order.
Suppose the return is not made within the time period provided or the return conditions are not met. In that case, the seller has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with the requested product shipment (correct / repaired / replaced) or the refund. The products will be sent back to the consumer-sender at his own expense. The seller is not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.
Once the product is received, and the necessary check of its condition is made, defects / lack of agreed quality / error in size or color or model are identified, the statement of withdrawal is on time, all the above conditions are met, and the above procedure has been followed, the return of the products will be approved within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of their receipt and the consumer will receive a relevant, informative e-mail.
Return of new product (correct / repaired / replaced)
If a defect is found, lack of agreed quality or shipping a wrong product due to the seller's fault, the consumer has submitted a replacement request, and the terms and conditions of return are met, as detailed, the return of the product will be approved. The consumer will receive a relevant, informative e-mail, and the correct product will be sent to them (in case of having shipped the wrong product) or repaired or replaced (in case of defects or lack of agreed quality), without undue delay and definitely within ten [10] calendar days since the approval of the return.
Refund
Refunds will be completed without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen [14] calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products.
If the order payment was made by card or through the PayPal system, the refund will be made through the same payment systems. In case of cash on delivery, refunds are made to the IBAN bank account stated by the consumer on the return form.
It is clarified that the additional amount of cash on delivery, 2.50 €, is not refundable.
It is also clarified that, apart from the price paid, any paid shipping fees of the order are refunded by the seller to the consumer i) in cases of unjustified return of products, ii) in cases of justified return of products due to incorrect size by consumer's choice and iii) in cases of final return of defective products. This covers the standard shipping cases. If, however, the consumer had chosen a non-standard shipping method (e.g. urgent) or any other additional service, the seller is not obliged to refund the relevant cost.
Highlights
If the consumer wishes to return products of different orders, then they must submit as many withdrawal notifications on the contact/return form as the number of the orders. They can place them in a single package, as long as there are all the necessary documents (see above 1.1. F. 5 and 2.1. F. 5) for each order.
The consumer has the same rights of withdrawal (unjustified and justified) and refund for the products he bought at a discount as those they bought at a regular price. However, they cannot claim a refund for problems for which they were informed, and they knowingly proceeded to purchase the product (e.g. reduced price due to a defective seam).
Those who received a product as a gift also have the same rights as those who made the purchase directly. However, in order to make a return, proof of purchase or a gift receipt is needed.
